Eight single occupancy dormitory rooms are available to house University out-of-area college and certificate program students. Offered on a first come first served basis, each approximately 8’ X 9’ room is furnished with a single bed and small desk. The dormitory is equipped with one standard full bathroom, two accessible bathrooms, one accessible shower, and washer/dryer facilities. Communal living areas include the kitchen/dining room, common room, study area and outside patio.

This campus housing provides affordable housing and an environment that supports academic retention and success. Qualifications for this housing require University student status including prepayment of all fees and tuition, maintenance of at least a 2.0 GPA, regular course attendance, and adherence to all housing policies and procedures. The housing, like the University in general, is a smoke-free, drug-free and alcohol-free area.
